Courier Orders

In all cases, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift. There will be no refunds made in such circumstances.

If insufficient delivery details result in late or non-delivery of orders, we will try to remedy the situation, however this is the responsibility of the sender and NO REFUNDS can be made.

Delivery will be made on the specified date. A signature is required however you can request for it to be left with a neighbour. If you request for the order to be left, for example on a porch, garden etc, this will be the SOLE responsibility of the sender. We cannot guarantee the safe keeping of the product.

If a neighbour is not available, the order will be brought back to the depot and automatic delivery made the following day.

Deliveries to business, Hospital and Hotel addresses, will only be delivered to receptions. We are not allowed to deliver direct due to security reasons.

Next-day courier orders can be delivered for a standard charge ” Tuesday to Friday”. A Saturday will incur additional charges.

Hand Deliveries

The Rose Cupcake Bouquet can only be delivered by hand due to the delicate nature of the product. Courier charges can be found in the appropriate section on the site.

Payments

Payment can be made over the phone using most credit cards and debit cards.

Orders are accepted by telephone and through the website.

All prices on the website exclude postage and packaging.

Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of the products and in order to assist you to resolve matters swiftly, any damaged or faulty items must be reported within one working day of the date of delivery. Please call 01923 858214 to log your complaint or send us an email to info@cupcakebouquet.co.uk

If it is the fault of the courier and we can make a claim, a new product will be delivered at no charge. If you would prefer a refund, this will be issued on receipt of the claim from the courier.

If you are returning the goods to us, it is the customer’s responsibility for the postage.

Refund Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of dispatch. Providing an order is cancelled before 3pm on the business day prior to dispatch, a refund will be given minus £3 administration charge  (Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as business days)
