In all cases, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift. There will be no refunds made in such circumstances.
If insufficient delivery details result in late or non-delivery of orders, we will try to remedy the situation, however this is the responsibility of the sender and NO REFUNDS can be made.
Delivery will be made on the specified date. We use Royal Mail delivery, and it does require a signature, if no one is at home, they will leave a card to rearrange delivery or for the recipient to collect.
Deliveries to businesses, Hospital and Hotel addresses, will only be delivered to receptions. We are not allowed to deliver direct due to security reasons. If the delivery is to a building with offices on several floors, served by one reception, please ensure the reception knows to expect a delivery, because if the reception refuses to sign for the delivery of the item, it will be sent back to Cupcake Bouquet, and can NOT be re delivered.
Ocassionaly there can be a problem with a late delivery, if you need your cake for a specific time, it is advised to ask for a timed delivery, this will incur an additional delivery charge. If your order is for a special occasion on a specific day, you may choose to have it delivered the day before, to insure no disappointment, should the delivery arrive late. Deliveries are made ” Tuesday to Friday”. A Saturday will incur additional charges.
The Rose Cupcake Bouquet is hand delivered only, currently we deliver the rose bouquets within 15 miles of Lynton North Devon, we will deliver further afield for a delivery charge, please enquire before ordering.
Payment can be made through the website or payment by cheque, which must be received before order is sent out.
Orders are accepted by telephone and through the website.
All prices on the website exclude courier charge. The rose bouquets are delivered FREE within 15 miles of Lynton North Devon.

Due to the perishable nature of the products and in order to assist you to resolve matters swiftly, any damaged or faulty items must be reported within one working day of the date of delivery. Please call 01598 753799 to log your complaint or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If it is the fault of the courier and we can make a claim, a new product will be delivered at no charge. If you would prefer a refund, this will be issued on receipt of the claim from the courier.
If you are returning the goods to us, it is the customer’s responsibility for the postage.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of dispatch. Providing an order is cancelled before 3pm on the business day prior to dispatch, a refund will be given minus £3 administration charge (Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as business days)
